On this World AIDS day, dear Khushies, I urge you to please get yourself TESTED. Do it for loved ones who have left this world due to this disease and for those who continue to struggle against denial and stigma by building more options for free testing, counseling & treatment. Do it for you, because you can. HIV and AIDS are a reality in our countries in South Asia, Africa & the Caribbean, as well as among South Asians living in the US, but without more of us getting tested, we can't build all the resources we need.
